Social Services
The Social Service Department will help patients and their families understand and cope with medical, psychological, and social issues related to their illness. The department staff can assist in a number of ways, whether it be helping fill out an Advance Directive, help obtaining medications, or determining their need for community resources like home health, primary home care, and durable medical equipment.
